Ready, set, cook! Hidden valley contest entry. I love my creamy shrimp wrap because is so good, it takes ten minutes or less to serve! My mother cooked it, wrap it in our lunch box!

Steps

In a small pan melt butter , add shallots , shrimp , add salt and pepper , lemon zest , lemon juice and the pico de gallo sauce , put aside , in a large skillet add the flour tortilla wrap for one minute turn and heat up the other side one more minute , add the hot ingredients from the small pan , add fresh spinach , add the hidden valley original ranch dressing , now roll and enclosed sides , now cut wrap in half for serving presentation and enjoy !.
