Creamy Blue Cheese French Style Dressing
Plan ahead this dressing must be chilled for 6 hours or more before using. The mayonnaise is only optional--add in for a more creamy dressing.
Steps
Place all ingredients except the blue cheese , salt and pepper in the food processor.
Process until well blended and smooth.
Mix in the blue cheese , then season with black pepper and salt to taste.
Place in a glass jar and cover tightly.
Chill for a minimum of 6 hours before using.
