Crazy Cake Frosting
To go with recipe #140055 (or any other)
Steps
Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a sauce pan.
Bring to a boil and boil for only 1 minute.
Remove from heat and cool.
Add vanilla and beat with fork or beaters until spreading consistency.
Cooking time does not include time to cool.
