Cranberry Sauce With Crystallized Ginger

Steps


Combine first 6 ingredients in heavy medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil , stirring until sugar dissolves.
Boil until cranberries pop , stirring occasionally , about 5 minutes.
Cool.
Mix in crystallized ginger.
Cover and refrigerate.
