Cranberry Orange Oats
This probably will not wow your taste buds; however, it is a healthy breakfast alternative. This combines the concentrated fiber of oat bran with the coarser texture of traditional oatmeal.
Steps
Place water and juice in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Combine the oats , bran , spices and cranberries.
Add to juice mixture , stirring briskly with fork or wire whisk to prevent lumps from forming.
Cook until desired consistency , approximately 5 minutes.
Serve topped with your favorite sweetener.
