Crab Portabella Mushrooms
Great for brunch or a light lunch. add a nice green salad on the side and some breadsticks. my own creation, i love crab and i am from maryland, so always looking for something other than crab cakes.
Steps
Gently scoop out inside of mushroom caps.
Bake mushroom caps at 350 for 4-6 minutes to soften.
Set aside.
Mix the creme cheese , crabmeat , celery and old bay together.
Spoon over mushroom caps and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Broil six inches from heat source for 4 - 6 minutes.
Watch carefully.
Serve immediately.
