Corn And Okra Casserole


From a cookbook put out by the ffa during the early '80'x. Loaded with wonderful recipes.

Steps


Saute onion , garlic and green pepper in bacon drippings.
Add tomatoes , mixing well.
Cook 1 minute.
Stir in okra and corn.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon into baking dish.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
