Copenhagen Potatoes

Steps


Cook unpeeled potatoes in boiling water.
Drain , remove skins and cut into cubes.
Cut bacon into squares and fry crisp in butter.
Add potatoes , vinegar and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper and toss lightly until well mixed and hot.
