Coney Island Sauce For Hot Dogs

This is great on hot dogs, especially grilled ones. Sometimes when my garden overfloweth with peppers i will add one or two of those as well. Hot sauce added is a great addition for those that like a good kick, but leave it out for the littles or those who don't care for the hot. This is best the nexted day once it has been reheated . Please note that i called for 1 cup of water, however if you want it thicker you may reduce the water to 1/2 cup.
