Cod Chickpea Olive Stew


600 g cod (4 fillets)

Steps


Fry the onions in the olive oil until softened.
Add the garlic , white wine , and the bay leaves , simmer until reduced slightly.
Add the tomatoes , chickpeas , olives , salt & pepper and the water.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the cod and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
