Clams With Chili And Basil


Adjust the chili to your preferred level of heat

Steps


Saute garlic and chili until fragrant , don[t burn.
Add clams cook until they open , discard any that stay closed , this usually take just a few minutes.
Add stock , basil and kafir lime leaves.
Cook 3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve as is or with steamed rice.
