Cinnamon Scented Couscous


A slightly sweet side dish.

Steps


Preheat oven to 350.
Toast almonds until golden , stirring once.
Meanwhile , combine water , dates , cardamom , cinnamon , ginger and oil in a medium saucepan.
Cover and bring to a boil.
Add the couscous , stir and cover before removing from heat.
Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir in the almonds.
