Chunky Spiced Oatmeal Cookies
These easy-to-make cookies are lowfat, low calorie, filling and quite tasty!! This is a moist, drop type cookie.
Steps
Mix apple sauce , brown sugar , molasses , splenda and vanilla.
Beat egg separately and add to sugar mixture.
Blend well.
In a separate bowl combine all remaining dry ingredients: flour , baking soda , salt , cinnamon , nutmeg , allspice , oats , raisins , flax seed and pecans.
Mix well.
Combine the wet mixture with the dry mixture and blend well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven@ 350f for 10 minutes.
