Chris Burgers


My husband is famous for these and is always asked to make them. my youngest daughter, who can barely hold the burger in her little hands, finishes one all by herself cause they are so good! originally posted on allrecipes.com and named chris' bay area burgers"...good thing my husband's name is chris as well:)"

Steps


Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
Mix together the ground beef , garlic , olive oil , salt , pepper , and basil.
Divide into four balls , and flatten into patties.
Make a thumb imprint in the middle of each patty so they cook level.
Cook the patties for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side , or to desired doneness.
The internal temperature should be at least 160 degrees f.
Remove from grill and place onto hamburger buns.
Top with desired toppings and condiments.
