Chocolate Pan Brownies
The best brownies you will ever eat.they are always a requested for every function i attend,one bite and you will be hooked.
Steps
Mix the brownie ingredients together.
Bake at 350 for 30 minute.
On a10x15 cookie sheet.
Mix frosting ingredients together , and bring to a boil for 1 / 2 a minute.
Remove from heat and add.
1 cup chocolate chips.
Add 11 / 2 cups of mini marshmallows and stir until smooth , it will be runny.
Pour on warm cake and let sit.
Cut into large pieces.
