Chocolate Fudge
An easy candy recipe, requiring no thermometer.
Steps
In heavy saucepan , bring marshmallows , milk and sugar to boil over medium heat.
Continue to boil for 6 minutes.
Remove pan from heat and stir in butter , vanilla and chocolate chips.
Stir till smooth and pour into buttered 8 inch square pan.
Cool thoroughly and cut into squares.
Add 1 / 2 to 1 cup nuts , if desired , after butter and chips are melted.
