Chipotle Potato Salad


Potato salad with some heat!!

Steps


Boil potatoes until soft , but not mushy.
After potatoes have cooled , dice them and place in a medium size bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients and stir.
Best eaten while potatoes are still warm.
