Amy's Extra Special Banana Muffins

You won't find this recipe in any cookbook. i came up with this while trying to make a banana loaf. the batter was way too soupy, but i decided to try to bake it anyway. the loaf was going to a bake sale, so i figured muffins would go over just as well. while baking, the smell in my house was as close to heaven as i could imagine and when i pulled them out, they were beautiful. i didn't take them to the bake sale - they were too good to share. the last time i made these was the night my house burned. i had them sitting on the top of the stove and hadn't even eaten one yet. i can't bring myself to make them. one day, i will get to craving them and throw them together.
