Chicken Caliente


This is a very easy recipe, and the only healthy meal i cook so far that my junk-loving fiance will request after a long absence. I found it on the food network while searching for new ideas.

Steps


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients except the corn chips in a large bowl.
Put mixture into a casserole dish , and spread out evenly.
Top with corn chips.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.

cooked chicken, cooked white rice, celery, green bell pepper, onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, chili powder, hot sauce, garlic salt, tomatoes, corn chips
