Steps
Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.

Mix well , and shape into 8 patties.
Coat with additional breadcrumbs.
Pour oil to a depth of 1 / 4-inch into a heavy skillet.
Fry cakes in hot oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
