Steps


In food processor or blender combine cilantro , garlic , vinegar , lemon juice , paprika , cumin , crushed red pepper , olive oil , salt , and cayenne to a fine paste.
Adjust the consistency by adding more olive oil.
The marinade should be fairly thick.
