Soak bread crumbs in cold water and set aside.

Saute diced onion until tender.

Set aside and allow to cool.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl , combine ground beef , ground pork , onions , granulated garlic , and bread crumbs mixed with water.

Mix well and add remaining ingredients.

Mix well and mold into loaves.

Form in either loaf pans or a meat pan with sides high enough to hold juices.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
