Mom's Amazing Banana Bread

Steps


Preheat oven to 350.
Beat butter and sugars until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs , one at a time.
Beat in bananas and vanilla.
In a separate bowl , mix dry ingredients together.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet , until well blended.
Fold the nuts and sour cream into batter until just blended.
Do not over-mix.
Butter a cast iron skillet.
Pour batter into skillet-bake in oven until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean-45 minutes to an hour.
