Char Siu Pork Tortillas

Steps
Place the pork and sauces in a medium bowl.
Toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours , or overnight.
Drain the pork , reserving the marinade.
Heat the oil in a hot wok.
Add the pork in two batches.
Stir-fry for 5 minutes or until it is just cooked through.
Remove from the wok and cover to keep warm while cooking the second batch.
Place the reserved marinade in a small saucepan.
Bring to the boil and gently simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and cover to keep warm.
Heat tortillas according to the packet directions.
Divide the pork among the tortillas.
Top with onions , carrot and capsicum.
Roll up tightly to enclose the filling.
Secure with a toothpick.
Serve the tortillas with the warm marinade as a dipping sauce.
