Caularoni
Great low carb substitute. Surprisingly enough it is pretty decent. Even my kids liked it and they hate veggies. 1 head of cauliflower should be plenty.
Steps
Combine oil and butter over med / high heat.
Saute onions for a couple minutes then add spices.
Stir together.
Add cauliflower and stir thoroughly.
About 2 minute.
Add broth and stir again.
Cover and let cook a few minutes.
Stir then cook a few more minutes.
