Carrots In Beer

Steps


Melt butter in medium-size saucepan.
Add carrots , lager , and parsley flakes.
Bring to a soft boil.
Reduce heat and cook until fork-tender , stirring frequently.
Stir in salt , pepper , and sugar.
Heat through and serve hot.
