Carrot Dressing


This dressing was inspired by a salad at a local sushi bar, when i asked the chef what he used to make it he replied, use carrots...and your imagination" and with a wink he walked away. Some days later i bought a bag of carrots and through trial and error came up with this recipe...mr sake would be proud :)"

Steps


Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until the dressing coats a back of a spoon.
Enjoy over any salad with lots of cabbage !.
