Caramel Cookie Bars
Very rich a little bit goes a long way! All my kids love these cookies.
Steps
Mix all crust ingredients together and spread 1 / 2 in bottom of 9 by 13 pan.
Bake 350 for 10 minutes.
Melt caramels with cream and pour over baked crust.
Sprinkle 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips over caramel.
Crumble remaining crust mixture over all and bake 10-15 minutes.
Do not over bake !.
