Captain's Potato
Steps
Bake potatoes until done.
Cut in half lengthwise.
Scoop potato out of skin.
Mash potato with margarine , sour cream and milk.
Stir in crab meat.
Put mixture back into skins.
Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
Broil until browned.
