Cajun Fettuccini


This is a spicy fettuccini with sausage and shrimp for added color and flavor.

Steps


Drizzle oil in the pan.
Saute the smoked sausage , shrimp , and minced garlic.
Add the cayenne pepper.
Deglaze the pan with the sherry.
Then add and heat up the half-and-half , and chicken stock.
Stir in the scallions , and then add the parmesan cheese.
Serve over the cooked fettuccini.
