Bulgur Pilaf

Steps


Melt butter.
Cook bulgur and onion in butter until onion is tender , stirring frequently.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat , cover , and simmer until bulgur is tender but not mushy-- approx 20-25 min.
