Buckwheat Griddlecakes

Steps


Sift dry ingredients together.
Beat eggs , add buttermilk or sour milk.
Add to dry ingredients gradually.
Add butter , beating to obtain a smooth batter.
Drop from a spoon onto a hot greased griddle and brown on both sides.
