Brownie Cake Love
This recipe came from my mothers infamous brownie recipe. I accidentally added the soda which worked as a leavening agent, creating a cake-like airy-ness. I like this recipe better than the original!!
Steps
Melt butter and cool.
Beat the eggs , sugar and applesauce together.
Add flour , salt , cocoa and soda.
Add cool butter , then vanilla.
Throw in the nuts , if you want to.
You can add all types of other things , like chopped white chocolate , raisins , chopped up candy bars , etc.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes in a 9x13.
Dont over bake.
Dont forget to lick your fingers and the spoon !.
