Steps
Combine cooled rice , egg whites , and 1 / 3 cup mozzarella cheese in a large bowl.
Press into 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
Combine pizza sauce , garlic powder , and black pepper in a small bowl.
Spread over prepared rice crust.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Layer 1 / 3 cup mozzarella cheese , mushrooms , olives , and red pepper.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
Garnish with green peppers.
