Broccoli With Dijon Sauce


I received a lot of side dish recipes from our local store. So i'm posting the ones that sound good. low fat and low cholesterol

Steps


Simmer broccoli , covered , in water for 3 to 4 minutes , or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
Remove from heat and drain.
While broccoli is cooking , stir together mustard , olive oil and vinegar.
Stir in mustard sauce.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
