Blueberry Muffins Gluten Free
I love blueberry muffins but i never could get any recipe to turn out the way i wanted - i finally developed my own easy recipe that is so yummy i bet you can't eat just one!!
Steps
Mix dry ingredients.
Add melted butter with electric mixer.
Add eggs.
Add milk.
Add baking soda and lemon juice.
Stir in blueberries.
Bake at 350 degrees for 16-17 minutes.

brown rice flour, sugar, baking powder, sea salt, butter, eggs, milk, baking soda, lemon juice, blueberries
