Blueberry Carob Oatmeal
Chocolatey goodness for breakfast! When paired with a cup of coffee, the day couldn't start any better!
Steps
Mix the dry ingredients in a medium pot.
Add the soy milk and bring to a boil over high heat , stirring constantly.
Turn the heat down to med-low and continue to cook , stirring constantly , for 3-5 minutes or until oatmeal begins to thicken.
Remove from the heat and gently stir in the blueberries.
Cover and let sit for 3-5 minutes.
Spoon into bowls and serve immediately.
