Aegean Beans


A nice vegetable dish to go with lamb or fish.

Steps


1.
Slice beans into bite-size pieces.
2.
Microwave 6 minutes.
3.
Chop tomatoes.
4.
Dice onions.
4.
Crumble cheese and mix with oil and lemon juice.
5.
Toss all ingredients together.
6.
Salt and pepper to taste.
