Black Bean Confetti Chili Vegetarian

Steps
Heat oil in a large , heavy pot over medium heat.
Add the onions and garlic and cook , stirring for a few minutes , until the onions have wilted.
Add the bell peppers , jalapeno , chili powder , and cumin , and cook , stirring , for 3-5 minutes longer , until the peppers have softened.
Add the stock or water , bulgur , grated chocolate , tomatoes , and beans.
Bring to a boil , lower heat , and simmer gently for 25 minutes.
Add the corn , stir , and cook 5 minutes longer.
Serve with chopped red onion for garnish.
