Big John's Jalapeno Ginger Mussels

Steps
Combine all ingredients except mussels.
Mix well and refrigerate 20 minutes.
Put mussels in a hot saut pan , add ginger mix , toss and cover.
Cook until the mussels open.
Serve immediately.
