Zesty Tomatoes
Very colorful, and tasty dish for a buffet, or pot-luck. Needs to marinate.
Steps
In a jar with lid , shake all dressing ingredients.
Place onion and tomato slices in a shallow dish.
Cover with dressing.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
