Yorktown Crab Soup
From virginia hospitality cookbook.
Steps
Melt butter in top of double boiler.
Add flour , seasonings and milk.
Stir constantly unti thick.
Add crabmeat and stir.
When ready to serve , add heated cream and sherry.
