Yellow Pincho Seasoning
This is used in spanish cooking, similar to curry powder, to season meat or vegies. use as a rub on pork or chicken.
Steps
Place all ingredients in spice grinder or blender and blend until it is a powder.
Store in jar with tight fitting lid.
