Ww Seafood Paella

Steps


Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil , reduce heat , and simmer 10 minutes.
Meanwhile , heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add green pepper , onion , and garlic.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes , stirring constantly , until lightly browned.
Add rice and cook 1 miunute , stirring constantly.
Stir in broth mixture and simmer , uncovered , 20 minutes , stirring occasionally.
Stir in shrimp and remaining ingredients.
Simmer , uncovered , 10 minutes , or until liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat.
Cover , and let stand 5 minutes.
