Steps

Combine milk and flour in saucepan.

Mix well.

---

Cook until thick , stirring constantly.

Cool.

---

Cream remaining ingredients in bowl till light and fluffy.

---

Add milk mixture.

---

Beat until fluffy.

---

Frost cooled cake.

---

Enough frosting for 2 layers.
