I love bleu cheese dressing. I had visited the spaghetti factory in nashville tenn. Several years ago and i had the best bleu cheese dressing that i ever ate. I have searched and searched for that special taste again in dressings. I finally found one that really comes very close. The recipe came from a friend but i changed a few ingredients to fit my taste.
