Turkey Pasta Supreme
I found this recipe in taste of home many years ago, and i have been fixing it for years. It is very flexible: you may use other meats instead of turkey (i have used tuna and beef bits), and you may also add a vegetable like peas or mixed vegetables. It's always a hit with everyone, including children!!
Steps
Cut turkey into 2 inches x 1 / 4 inches pieces.
In a skillet , saute turkey and garlic in butter until turkey is browned and no longer pink , about 6 minutes.
Add cream , basil , parmesan and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Simmer for 3 minutes , stirring frequently.
Stir in pasta and toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
