Three Grain Breakfast Cereal With Walnuts And Dried Fruit

Steps


Preheat oven to 325.
In a small bowl , combine the first 4 ingredients--stir using a whisk.
In a large bowl , combine the oats and next 5 ingredients.
Add in syrup mixture.
Stir well to coat.
Spread cereal mixture evenly onto a jelly-roll pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
Bake for 30 minutes or until browned , stiring every 10 minutes.
Stir in dried fruit.
Cool completely.
Store in an airtight container up to 5 days.
