Thai Chicken Meatballs


These are tasty little meatballs that are so easy to prepare. You can serve them with a variety of dipping sauces. Great for cocktails and dinner parties or just having snacks.

Steps


Mix all ingredients together , except oil.
Wet hands , and take one tbsp of mixture and form into meatball.
Repeat.
Shallow-fry the meatball until they are brown and cooked through.
Serve with thai cucumber sauce and thai red chile sauce , or other dipping sauces of choice , if desired.
