Tamarind Chutney
This recipe is from what's cooking indian by shehzad husain. we tried this tonight with some samosas, and it was really great, definitely worth making because it's cheap and easy.
Steps
Whisk all of the ingredients together and garnish with as much or as little cilantro as you like.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
This keep well in the fridge.
